What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is actually a natural state of mind, one we move in and out of throughout our normal day. Hypnosis is frequently misrepresented in the media, falsely portraying it for entertainment value.

Clinical hypnotherapy is used strictly for its psychological therapeutic value.

Hypnotherapy is a state of consciousness achieved through guided, deep relaxation techniques.   During this state you are able to tap into your subconscious and super conscious mind to discover and resolve hidden issues and suppressed emotions as well as access higher consciousness capabilities.

This type of inner work can dramatically shift aspects of yourself, change your perception of life situations, get profound information regarding your psyche and help manifest desired goals.

The power of hypnotherapy is its ability to bypass the critical mind, accessing deeply programmed, self-sabotaging belief systems, bringing awareness of negative thoughts that are derailing your power.  In this state, new, positive, constructive ideas can be reprogrammed so that your subconscious is now in alignment with your goals as well as your unique Soul Purpose.

Clinical hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can empower change at your core:   Your subconscious mind.

"I believed that I was virtually unhypnotizable, but with Gayle's calm and directive demeanor, she effortlessly led me into a safe place where I was able to access memories and beliefs I didn't even know were affecting my life.   Effortlessly, I went from a relaxation exercise into  clearly recalling a past life.  I came back with direction and more clarity.  I would highly recommend Gayle's skillful guiding abilities for all your therapeutic needs."   -  Scott R.
